A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to learn from the wonderful Nicole Ringgold in one of her workshops. These earrings were made during that time, using her techniques and design style.
They sit slightly apart from my usual work, but I’m truly fond of them, and it feels right that they find a home where they can be worn and appreciated.
They mark a point in my journey as a maker, where new skills in forming and fusing metal, began to take shape.
